MMS understands that every client invests much
time, effort, money & risk on each of their projects. Some
of those projects require that design be flexible and changes
be made throughout the process. Each client deserves to be in
total control of their investment throughout the design, construction
and post construction phases of the project. Every client should
have the comfort in making changes to suit their needs throughout
the design/ construction/post construction process & not need
to feel pressure of being taken advantage of for being creative
& looking at other options without any later regrets. However
not every client may have the expertise in doing so. With the
client in the driver's seat, Mike Moore & Sons can offer and:

Assist with preliminary planning relative
to the construction requirements of the project;

Advise on schedule,
budgets and economics of various methods, material selection
and detailing during the design phase.

Advise & arrange
for all services and all trade contractors to carry out the
various phases of the work

Plan, schedule, coordinate
and supervise the activities of all trade contractors

Provide technical,
clerical and the administration of the project

Coordinate inspection services, commissioning
and handover of the project

Assume all responsibility
of the 'Constructor' per the Occupational Health & Safety
Act and Regulations for Construction Projects.
